Visual inspection of construction installation.
Routine site surveillance and proper monitoring to check construction work and give QTB (quality tool
box) when needed as per project standards and specifications.
Raise proactive notifications during construction work to avoid any non-conformity.
Raise INCR for non-conforming activities at site.
Conducting inspection of excavation, backfilling and compaction as per IFC drawing.

Ensuring Field Density Test (FDT) for Backfill Compaction.
Inspection of formwork and reinforcement work as per IFC drawing before concrete pouring.
Conducting initial QC survey to concrete and asphalt plant for approval.
Ensure plant scale shall be calibrated and updated as per 09-SAMSS-097.
Ensure concrete and asphalt production is as per approved mix design.
Ensure testing of concrete activities during executions i.e. (compressive strength, cylinder casting, slump
test, temperature and air content test etc. as per standards.
Monitoring and inspection of honeycomb, cracks & Segregation rectification on concrete area prior to
surface preparation.
Ensure all TM (transit mixers) are approved and have proper revolution counter.
Ensure quality standard of coating as per SAES-H-100. Inspecting road construction to ensure it meet
quality standards.
Ensure the quality of materials, laboratory tests and compaction of layers as per SAES-Q-006.
Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports to QC manager.
Raising RFI (request for inspection) and MIR (material inspection request) to Client or client as per
project requirements.
Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to address quality concerns, resolve
issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
