    Duties and Responsibilities.

     Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in accordance with the approved
    drawings and specifications.
     Checking all structural, civil and Architectural works if it is complying in accordance with
    the approved plan, Technical submitting, Specification and Standards.
     Review and understand drawings, Specification and Survey reports prior to starts of
    inspection at sites.

     Compaction for sub-grade – Cleanliness, moister blinding elevation if any underground


    mechanical and electrical.
     Form work – Survey checked, orientation, location (Co-ordinates) site elevation, clean and
    oiled if required chamber straight and level, plumpness and adequate supports and bracings.
     Rebar work – Grade, size, splices, spacing, clearance, cleanliness and covering.

     Anchor bolts _ diameter, length, type, location, projection per survey report, if anchor bolt
    sleeve, thread, projection and following between tolerance.
     Epoxy coating, water stopper and waterproofing membrane Installation all kinds of water
    stopper for water tight construction areas.
     Asphalt works, checking for grades, Elevation and surface preparation inspection,
    placement and compaction of sub- base and aggregates base course material verify.
     Compaction testing, prime coating and tack coating inspection. Asphaltic concrete
    receiving,
     Placement/compaction of binder and wearing courses inspection and asphaltic core density
    testing and asphaltic paving inspection.

     Planning of man power, material & machinery required for the construction.
