INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
1. Students must ensure, you are seated at the designated place as per the seating matrix
displayed on the digital screen each day.
2. Kindly take note of the change in the writing time, it is 2 hrs, 45 minutes, with additional
reading time of 15 minutes.
3. Kindly be aware of the bell timings given below and manage your time productively,
with last five minutes set apart to go through the answers once again.
4. Do not group in the corridors and block the pathway, make sure all of you enter the
exam hall immediately after the first bell.
5. Do not carry pouches, writing pads, any kind of wrist watches, log tables, scientific
calculators, whiteners, mobile phones and any other electronic devices. Note: Only Pens,
pencil, eraser, ruler and water bottle will be allowed inside the exam hall.
6. Do not wear pull overs , bracelets, ear studs etc and follow college dress code strictly.
7. Scientific calculators will be allowed only for Statistics students on the day of exam.
8. Must compulsorily wear your ID cards on all the days of exam.
9. Kindly ensure you have signed in invigilators diary on all days of the exam.
10. Re exam will not be conducted in case you are absent.
11. Absenteeism must be brought to the notice of your respective class teacher and class
counselor on the same day of exam.
12. Frequent use of washrooms during the exams will not be allowed.
13. Ensure you are half an hour early to the exam, as late comers will not be permitted
without prior permission from Principal.
14. Those indulging in any form of malpractice will not be allowed to continue the exam,
until you bring your parents to meet counselor and Principal.
15. Ensure you write your complete register no. eg. 24P0888, and fill in all the details on
the face sheet of your answer booklet.
16. Kindly check your answer booklet for its intactness and damages if any (stitch, 6 pages
& 12 sides etc)
17. Leave one inch margin in all pages and ensure you write register no. in all additional
sheets also and number them sequentially and tag them at the end of the exam.
18. Score out all the unused answer sheets.
19. Keep the graph sheet/map in between the answer booklet, while you tag the additional
sheets at the end.
20. Check your question paper is printed on all the sides and the marks under each main is
tallying with the maximum total marks printed .
21. Do not write anything on the question paper, except your register number.
22. Any students with infectious diseases or fever kindly inform your class teacher the
same, the class teacher in turn will inform the counselor, staff nurse and exam committee
for making necessary arrangements for writing in isolation.
