    AGREEMENT OF SANGLA-TIRA

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This agreement is made and entered into by and between:

    ESTRELLA S. OAQUIERA, of legal age, single/married, Filipino and residing at present address at Blk 19
    Road 38 Planters Floodway Cainta Rizal, hereinafter referred to as DEBTOR;
    -And-
    ROWEL CUETO4 CALALUAN, of legal age, single/married, Filipino and residing at present address at Sta.
    Clara Batangas City, hereinafter referred to as CREDITOR;

    WITNESSETH:

    After an agreement, Creditor lends Debtor the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
    (PHP100,000.00) for a period of Six Months (6) or 1 year (1) from March 14, 2020 to September 14, 2020 for
    6 months and to March 14, 2021 for 1 year;

    COLLATERAL: Residential Unit located at Blk. 19 Road 38 Planters Floodway Cainta Rizal;

    Debtor is obliged to return the principal amount ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
    (PHP100,000.00) to the Creditor on the date that is due on September 14, 2020 for 6 months and on March
    14, 2021 for 1 year (Renewable);

    This agreement is made in good faith and any violation of the conditions set forth therein shall make
    guilty part liable for all the expenses of the obligation if it becomes a barangay or a court case including the
    attorney’s fee of the innocent party.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby affix their signatures on this agreement this March 14, 2020 at
    Pasig City.
