    Gymnasium as the venue for our upcoming Graduation Ball. As one of the highlights of our academic
    year, the Graduation Ball holds great significance for our students, parents, faculty, and staff.

    Here are the details of the event:


    - Name of Event: Graduation Ball of Notre Dame of Maasim, Inc.
    - Date: May 3, 2024
    - Time: 4:00 PM – 12:00 MN

    We believe that the Municipal Gymnasium is an ideal venue due to its spacious layout and central
    location, which can accommodate our guests comfortably and ensure a memorable experience for all
    attendees. Additionally, our school is committed to upholding the values of community engagement
    and collaboration, and we see this partnership with the municipality as an opportunity to strengthen
    our ties with the local government and residents.

    In line with this, we assure you that we will adhere to all regulations and guidelines set forth by the
    municipality regarding the use of the facilities. We will also take full responsibility for any costs or
    damages incurred during the event.
