    WELCOME & OPENING

    To our commencement speaker who will be formally introduced later, ma’am, to all barangay
    officials headed by Brgy. Captain Mario S. Labasan, GPTA officers through the leadership of PTA Pres.
    Edwin Labasan, Equally brilliant school administrators of Region 2 headed by the school head of Bolinao
    ES, Sir Roger Natividad, school head of Bannagao ES, Sir Romel Tangonan, school head of Victoria ES,
    Ma’am Nancy Evangelista, Sir Bienvenido Tomas, sch.head of Kalabaza ES, Ma’am Flordeliza Luna of
    Villa Fugu ES, Sir Molave Aguyen of Panecien ES and Our very Ma’am Tessie Alejandro,of Camaruggayan
    and Saranay ES, members of the graduating class, dear parents, visitors, friends, ladies and gentlemen, good
    afternoon.

    What an honour it is for me be with you today to celebrate the 2nd Commencement Exercises of our
    school. I can therefore say that this is one of the best parts of my job, to welcome you in this joyful and
    momentous occasion.

    To our dear candidates for graduation, this day is about you and what you’ve achieved through hard
    work and determination

    Graduation is a time to imagine your future and the world to come. When you think of the road ahead,
    you may gain perspective by looking back to where you’ve been.

    And I hope that when you look back on your time here at Saranay, you will do so with fondness, and
    that when you look ahead, you will see Camarunggayan ES, Saranay PS as a part of your future.

    As you begin a new stage in your life and experience, you can be confident that you can and will make a
    difference, because you possess the knowledge and skills that are conferred by an excellent education.

    Today is a day of celebration, recognition of your achievements and victories, of commemorating how you
    laboured through and enjoyed your younger years. Through the help and guidance of your parents, and the
    nurturing atmosphere of your Alma Mater, finally, you have reached your initial goal.
    To our dear parents and stakeholders, thank you! Thank you for all the things you have done and all
    that you continue to do for the betterment of the school and for the success of our children.

    To all of you who are here present, thank you for joining us today and welcome to Cam ES - Saranay PS’s
    2nd Commencement Exercises and recognition program.
