    Re: REQUEST TO USE YOUR FOOTBALL PITCH AND BASKETBALL
    COURT FOR OUR SCHOOL’S SPORTS DAY ON THE FRIDAY 24TH
    MAY, 2024.
    Our school will be holding this event on the stated day from 9:00am – 1:00pm
    and it is upon this background that we request your institution to let us use your
    facilities for that period of time.
    We shall be having a population of around 50 people inclusive of the staff and
    the participants. Therefore we wish to assure you that we shall fully cooperate
    with your school guidelines while we are in your premises and we shall
    demonstrate the highest levels of discipline and responsibility.
