Hare Krsna

AUM Namo Bhagvate Vasudevaya 3times

Regular prayers
I was just thinking what should be the topic, which will
really help us to progress in Krsna Consciousness. I was
not able to select the topic, because there are many
nice topics to speak, then a thought came in my mind,
everyday I recite regular prayers, mangalacharan, but I
don’t know the meaning of each and every syllable of
the prayers. Specialy the pranam mantras or praneti of
Acharyas. Once my shiksha guru asked what is pranam
mantra of Srila Rupa Goswami, I could not answer
immediately, I started recollecting the regular prayers
from the beginning, and started finding the mantra.
And itt is very sad state of mind, that I could not
answer, over and above after recollecting the mantra, I
was not knowing the meaning of pranam mantra, then
how I can be Rupanuga. If I don’t know the meaning of
Srila Rupe Goswami’s pranam mantra, which I recite
everyday.
Then I decided to study Mangalacharan scrutinisingly.
And share with others as well.
I tried to understand the prayers by reading Srila
Prabhupads books and hearing lectures also hearing
lectures of other exalted devotees. And by my
realization, which is ultimately intelligence given by Sri
Sri Radha Krsna.
By inspiration of my shiksha guru I am trying to present
some of my efforts as per my ability in front of all.
There may be lack of some information or maybe I am
not able to present all the deeper meaning of prayers,
because this divine and transcendent prayers contain
vast deep meaning and all the rasas moods and
realisations of Acharyas, which I may not be able to
present. My humble request to Forgive me for that.
Vancha kalpa-taubhyas cha…..
Words and time are not enough to glorify prayers and
its potency.
I am trying to present tiny part of droplet from the
glorification and potency of prayers & mantras.

Every devotee has its own realisations about prayers.

Prayers has potency to fulfil desires of devotees.
We can please Lord Krsna and His devotees by reciting
prayers amataras bhajans.
By reciting or even hearing the mantras and bhajans,
ignorant person can become Krsna conscious. Which is
Naam sankirtan yajna introduced by Sri Krsna Caitanya
Mahaprabhu specialy for kali yuga, and because of
Caitanya Mahaprabhu, Gauranga, His associates and
representatives, kali yuga is turn into Gauranga’s
completion, which is complexion of His potency Srimati
Radha Rani, its Molten Gold complexion. And kali yuga
turn into Golden Yuga.by the karuna raas of Caitanya
Mahaprabhu, its only because of kripa of Sri caitanya
Mahaprabhu. Kripa means one who is not eligible to
receive the blessings, so fallen, but still Sri Krsna
Caitanya Mahaprabhu is giving Krsna consciousness to
them through words that is Hari Naam Sankirtan “Hare
Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama
Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Lets begin with the prayer which
devotees recites before lectures, that is

Aum Namo Bhagvate Vasudevaya

AUM means addressing the Lord.
AUM is impersonal representation of Hare Krishna mahamantra,
Our this Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra is also addressing. Hare,
addressing the energy of the Lord, Harā. The energy is
Harā, Rādhā, Sītā. So when a female is addressed, it is
like that: Hare, Late, Sīte, Rādhe. So Hare means
addressing first, first of all the energy.
We must worship Kṛṣṇa along with His energy. Just like
Kṛṣṇārjuna, Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna. Arjuna is also energy,
living entity, and Kṛṣṇa, Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa, His internal
energy, and marginal energy. So Kṛṣṇa means with His
energy. Oṁ namo bhagavate vāsudevāya. This
bhagavate means full of energies.
Bhaga means opulence, and vān means one who
possesses. Bhagavān. This is Sanskrit language. Each
and every word has deep meaning. This language is
coming from higher planets.
So when this bhagavān word is addressed, it is
addressed as bhagavate. So when we addressed Krsna as
Bhagavan, we are addressing Lords energies as well, Srimati
Radha Rani
The impersonalists, they do not know this, this
addressing first of all Kṛṣṇa's energy. We Gauḍīya
Vaiṣṇavas, we don't worship Kṛṣṇa alone, ekala-
vāsudeva.
WHAT DOES OMKARA MEAN TO THE VAISNAVAS?
The Gosvamis of Vrndavana have analyzed om (a-
u-m) as follows: The letter a refers to Krsna, the
master of all planets and all living entities. The
letter u indicates Srimati Radharani, the pleasure
potency of Krsna, and m indicates the living
entities. Thus omkara represents Krsna; His
name, fame, pastimes, potencies, and devotees;
and everything else pertaining to Him.
To the devotees of the Lord, there is no differnece
between chanting His holy name and
reciting omkara, for Krsna has stated in Bhagavad-
gita (7.8, 9.17, 10.25) that omkara is He Himself in the
form of sound. Just as omkara is non-different from the
Lord's holy name, it is also inseparable from the Lord's
beautiful tow-armed form as Syamasundara. Pranava
om is therefore used in the Vedas and Upanisads to
address the Supreme Person -Vaasudeva, or Krsna.
Oṁ : means addressing the Absolute, or Om is
official name of Krsna.
namaḥ: means "I am surrendering." Nothing can
be done without surrender

the beginning of spiritual life is

surrender.
Bhagavate: means full of energies.
Vasudevaya: Son of vasudev maharaj

I am surrender unto Absulute truth & His

energies. & son of Vasudev
When I offer something, kṛṣṇāya, viṣṇave. Similarly,
bhagavate, vāsudevāya. because our, this conditional
life is rebellious life. We have rebelled against the
supremacy of the Personality of Godhead. That is
conditioned life. There are so many theses to support
this rebellious condition. Somebody is thinking that "I
am one with God"; somebody is thinking, "God is dead";
somebody is thinking, "There is no God"; somebody is
thinking, "Why you are searching God? There are so
many Gods loitering in the street." So in this way many
theses are there. All of them are different symptoms of
rebellious condition.
The sum and substance... Just like atheists, they are
boldly saying, "There is no God." Now..., but the
impersonalists saying, "There may be God, but He has
no head, He has no tail. That's all." So in this way our
condition is rebellious condition. Therefore Bhagavad-
gītā instructs that "You surrender." Sarva-dharmān
parityajya mām ekaṁ śaraṇaṁ vraja (BG 18.66). So
without surrender, there is no question of making any
spiritual progress.
Just like a person who has rebelled against the
government—the first condition is to surrender;
otherwise there is no question of mercy from the
government. Similarly anyone, the living entity, any
one of us who has rebelled against the
supremacy of the Lord, the beginning of spiritual
life is surrender.

Sri Guru Pranama

cakshur unmilitam yena tasmai sri-gurave namah
AUM: is already discussed in detail
Ajnana: mean The word ajnana means ignorance or darkness. If
all the lights in this room immediately went out, we would not be
able to tell where we or others are sitting. Everything would become
confused. This material advancement of civilization is not
knowledge. People may not agree with us, but actually this is the
fact. This is ignorance.
Timi: means darkness.
Andhyasya:
