Let’s look back into the basic principles of management by using the following checklist. Be honest, it’s always
easier said than done. I don’t need to know how you are doing, you should know 😊

• Objective Situational Analysis
o Consider various perspectives
• Make informed choices
• Predictable Future Risks and Mitigations
o Continual Improvement
o Learn from past mistakes
5) Learn and Grow
• Send feedback
• Attend workshop/seminar
• Stay updated with latest industry trends
• Self-Awareness and Emphathy
• Refine your leadership further
• Explore into new realms of knowledge
• Challenge yourself to something more complicated and solve
them (take notes)

Remember, leadership is a journey, and it takes time and effort to become a good leader. Embrace the challenges,
adapt to different situations, and always strive to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential.
