Dear Mrs. Jackilyn Kate Mayorca,

Thank you for your time reading and checking our business plan. We are the G1 Polvoron Street
dessert, and we provide appetizing and high-quality product that is affordable and likeable to the
customers. In this business plan, you’ll see short information about our product, services, pricing, our
target market as well as marketing, profit, capital, and many other information about our business. We
look forward to working with you.

Sincerely,

G1 Polvoron

I. OUR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

G1 Polvoron aspires to be the most trusted and affordable street dessert vendor in the
campus. Entrepreneurs will continue to innovate and develop their products and services to
cater and provide good quality and affordable snack to the customers. To improve their
business, they will provide surveys allowing the customers to describe and give opinions as
to how the product or services will improve. Furthermore, our team receives regular training
to improve their skill set in this business. To improve their business, they will provide surveys
allowing the customers to describe and give opinions as to how the product or services will
improve.

II. GOALS

G1 Polvoron will entice youngsters, teenagers, and any year levels of BSEE students at
University of Rizal System Morong Campus, to bring their friends with our innovative
environment. To provide a classic dessert to everyone and aim success

III. TYPES OF PRODUCT

G1 polvoron considered their product to be a consumer good/product, which means that it

falls into one of four subgroups of consumer good/product: convenience goods. Convenience
goods also have three subgroups and one of it is: impulse goods. “Impulse goods are
purchased without conscious forethought – they are the result of a sudden but strongly felt
need.” Since the entrepreneurs' product is a street dessert, it is an example of an impulse
item or product.

IV. BUDGET/CAPITAL

As a beginner in a small-scale business, the entrepreneurs decide that their budget or

capital in making this product comes from their savings. Then later, invest from a bank in
order to make sure that the entrepreneurs business will grow. This is a great plan for them
because as their business grows, they will be able to pay off the bank debt with their
business profits. Another reason this is a great plan is that if their company went bankrupt,
they could simply pay the debt at the bank with the money they had saved.

V. TARGET MARKET DEMOGRAPHICS

G1 Polvoron intends to cater to the majority of Morong Campus's teenagers and young
people. They have chosen this course BSEE students of any year level currently enrolled at
the University of Rizal System Morong Campus. They believe that the age range of 17 to 26
is the primary age and that all genders are welcome to enjoy their food. Sumulong Street is
the location of the G1 Polvoron, which we all know college students frequently eat outside
or inside the campus rather than at home. It can be a nice place to meet and hang out after
school, during their free time, and/or during their breaktime.

VI. MARKETING

Entrepreneurs preferred to use the "word-of-mouth" type as their marketing strategy to let
their future customers know their product. Giving flyers as a technique to spread and inform
the customers about the existing business will also be helpful.

VII. PRICING

Given that the polvoron from G1 Polvoron is created at home and that they save a large
amount of time and effort, their price is competitive with the market. A single piece of
Polvoron cost Php3.83, according to the computation we had, we divided our total
expenses to our target product then we multiply it by 25% markup percentage. A 25%
increase in cost is Php 0.96, adding it to the piece of polvoron will result to a Php 4.96,
rounding it off to whole numbers, we can sell a piece of polvoron at Php 5.00.
