    The Baguio Bayani Marathon 2023: Unleash Your

    Inner Hero in a Run for a Cause!

    Get ready to Gear Up, lace up your running shoes, and unleash your inner hero at the
    anticipated 'Bayani Run.' This exhilarating fun run with a noble cause is set to take place on
    October 29, 2023, at the scenic Baguio City Hall grounds. Spearheaded by the dynamic
    Race Director Ms. Arabella Aiza D. Weygan in collaboration with the esteemed Soroptimist
    International (Igorot's Club). And Sponsored by The Fitness Edge Gym, City of Baguio,
    BSBT Colleges, Rising Anchor, and Punchy Palate. It promises to be a day of camaraderie,
    fitness, and making a meaningful impact in our community."

    This Exhilarating event has 4 routes on which you can pick and choose from. Starting at its
    lowest distance: 5 kilometers which starts at 5:30 and ends at 7:00am. Second at 10
    kilometers beginning at 5:15 And ends at 8:15. Third at 21 kilometers
    kicking off at 5:00 sharp and culminates at 9:00 in the morning.
    Last its hardest and farthest route at 42 Kilometers which initiates at 2:00 at the break of
    dawn and concludes at 10:00 am. Registry starts at 800 pesos for its 5 kilometers route,
    1600 pesos for its 10 kilometers route. As for its 21kilometer route its registry is at 1900
    pesos. Lastly, it's 42 kilometers route is at 2200 pesos. This event welcomes participants of
    all ages and fitness levels, making it perfect for beginners and seasoned runners alike.

    The marathon's primary objectives as said by its race director Ms. Arabella Weygan, is first
    to promote mental and physical wellness while making a difference out of something that
    you love doing. And lastly providing the community with aid and hope. It circles around the
    theme of generosity, charity and of course running. The Proceeds from the 5 kilometer route
    will go to the Soroptimist International ( Igorot's Club) which is an organization for women
    composed of women. Whom has the advocacy of Access To Education (ATE) for abused
    children and women.

    The notable highlights in this marathon will be its scenic views on each route. It highlights
    the tourist spots like the Lion's Head on each route. It also has its Inclusives which are the
    personalized medals, Race Shirts, The free Breakfast and Snacks and Its race bib. There
    would also be a clean - up drive right after the event to give back to community and the city.
