DRESS YOUR BEST

GUIDELINES

OVERVIEW
Our clothes mean nothing until you bring you into the picture! Look around the store to note current styles,
silhouettes, colors & prints, then consider how you can bring the aesthethic to life on your shifts!
• A proper fit is key to a polished, put-together look! Enhance your look with jewelry, accessories & footwear.
• We recognize promoting a fashion-forward vibe may look different around the U.S.
Choose looks that reflect your store’s Client base. Ask yourself, does my look make me approachable and inspire
others to shop?
- Consult your leaders if questioning seasonally appropriate styles.
• You are not required to purchase and/or wear brand-specific clothing. Should you wear other brands, ensure
the brand name or logo is not visible.
• Should a medical condition prevent you from following Dress Your Best Guidelines, you must request an
accomodation in myAssociateHUB.
• Leaders may use Guidelines to educate and coach Associates. In extreme cases, Leaders may ask Associates to
return home and come back for their shift in an outfit that aligns with Guidelines.

HEAD-TO-TOE
TOPS • Style tops to reflect seasonal trends and wear with appropriate undergarments.
• Wear layering pieces (tanks, camis & casual tees) with a third piece (e.g. cardigan, jacket).

BOTTOMS • Bottoms should be seasonally appropriate and should be no shorter than the mid-thigh.
• Pull looks together with blouses, sweaters or a knit (and possibly a third piece).

DRESSES • Style dresses, skirts, jumpsuits & rompers to support current assortment.

FOOTWEAR • Wear footwear appropriate to the outfit and current trends.


• Associates processing shipment/completing floor moves must wear closed-toe shoes.
• Crocs, snow or rain boots, Uggs or similar boots are not permitted.

JEWELRY & • Jewelry and accessories should coordinate with your outfit.
ACCESSORIES - On-trend hats such as brushed felt & fedora hats are encouraged. Baseball caps, cowboy
hats, etc. and sunglasses may not be worn on the salesfloor during shifts.

PERSONAL • Hair, nails and makeup should be clean & tidy.


GROOMING - This also applies to facial hair (i.e. mustaches & beards).

LIFESTYLE WEEKENDS
• Lifestyle Weekends are a chance to highlight a particular style or trend that month.
- Look to Product Stories for outfitting inspo.
- Check the Store’s Planning Calendar for the most up-to-date info.
