    Minutes of the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabolutan,
    San Agustin, Romblon held on 7th day of January 2024 at Barangay Cabolutan Session Hall, San Agustin,
    Romblon.

    PRESENT:
    HON. DEXTER KARL M. MADAMO SK CHAIRMAN/PRESIDING OFFICER

    HON. KENETH REY M. GALICIA SK KAGAWAD/ ACTING SECRETARY

    HON. ANGELICA P. MAGRO SK KAGAWAD

    HON. JEMMAROSE M. MAME SK KAGAWAD

    HON. CARLA JANE MANALON SK KAGAWAD

    HON. JOSEPH L. MANGGARING SK KAGAWAD

    HON. CHRISTIAN LEE F. MUYO SK KAGAWAD

    HON. BRYLE YVERSON M. HERNANDEZ SK KAGAWAD

    I. CALL TO ORDER

    The session was called to order by the Presiding Officer at exactly 1:30 in the afternoon.

    II. OPENING PRAYER

    The opening prayer was led by SK Kagawad Christian Lee F. Muyo.

    III. NATIONAL ANTHEM

    The singing of the national anthem was led by SK Kagawad Angelica P. Magro.
    IV. ROLL CALL

    The Acting SK Secretary Hon. Keneth Rey M. Galicia roll called the SK Members upon the
    request of the Presiding Officer. All are present so the Presiding Officer declared a quorum.

    V. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING

    Minutes of the previous session was read by the Secretary upon the request of the Presiding
    Officer. The Presiding Officer asked for any remarks about previous minutes. Since there are no remarks
    from the previous minutes SK Kagawad Carla Jane J. Manalon moved to approve the previous minutes.
    Duly seconded by SK Kagawad Joseph Manggaring.

    VI. PREVILEGE TIME

    The Presiding Officer expressed his thanks to the Members for attending the Monthly
    Session for a short period of time.
    VII. CALENDAR BUSINESS
    UNFINISHED BUSINESS-None
    BUSINESS FOR THE DAY

    B.1 ELECTION FOR THE BUDGET MONITORING OFFICER-The Presiding


    Officer opened the table for the nomination of Budget Monitoring Officer. SK Kagawad
    Joseph L. Manggaring nominate SK Kagawad Christian Lee F. Muyo for the position.
    Since there was no other objection and nomination, the majority voted SK Kagawad
    Christian Lee F. Muyo for the position.

    RESOLUTION NO. 1 SERIES OF 2024 B.2 IRP

    - The Presiding Officer opened the Internal Rules and Procedures to the Council. The
    Presiding Officer asked them on what our Internal Rules and Procedures will be.

     SK Kagawad Joseph L. Manggaring suggested that no session no honorarium.


     The Presiding Officer suggested that during the session, all members of the
    council should wear formal attire for the mean time due to the reason of we do
    not our SK Uniform yet. However, when the SK Uniform is given, we are obliged
    to wear it during sessions. There will be penalties if it will not be followed.
     SK Kagawad Carla Jane J. Manalon suggested that during duty, every SK
    Member should wear formal attire.
     SK Kagawad Keneth Rey M. Galicia suggested that to arrive on sessions on time
    and 15 minutes late is considered as absent.
     SK Kagawad Bryle Yverson M. Hernandez suggested to have the Monthly Regular
    Session on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Sunday of the Monthly.
     The Presiding Officer asked on what time we will have our session.
     SK Kagawad Carla Jane J. Manalon suggested that we will have our session at
    1:30 pm in the afternoon at Barangay Session Hall Barangay Cabolutan, San
    Agustin,Romblon. However, if the Barangay Hall is not available the session will
    be held at any avialable place.

    - The Presiding Officer asked the council if do you all agree in these suggested IRP’s?
    SK Kagawad Carla Jane J. Manalon said that the majority approved these suggested
    IRP’s.

    IX. OTHER MATTERS


    None.

    X. ADJOURMENT
    SK Jemmarose M. Mame moved to adjourn the meeting and it was duly seconded by SK
    Kagawad Bryle Yverson Hernandez.

    XI. CLOSING PRAYER


    The closing prayer was led by SK Kagawad Keneth Rey M. Galicia.

    THE SESSION WAS ADJOURNED AT EXACTLY 3:30 PM.
