Dear Sir/Ma’am,
My name is KARTHIK KUMAR VELMULA, a citizen of INDIA, holding passport number: W6122593 would
like to request you to grant me a national employment visa for Poland. I got the work
permit (42095/2023) of 3 years 01.06.2023 till 30.05.2026 with a monthly salary not lower than 5000

I have been waiting for more than 1 year for the opportunity to work with this esteemed firm because
this overseas assignment will boost my career and skills extensively and create more demand for my role
once I am back to India. I was on a short assignment in Nigeria with my previous company Netxcell Ltd. I
wanted to assure you that my primary purpose of traveling to Poland is to handle this international
assignment which I believe will definitely boost my career, resulting in huge demand for my profile
across India. The moment I received this offer, I submitted my resignation in my company in India last
year and I am currently unemployed.
My employer in Poland is also waiting for me and supporting me in every aspect. They have extended
my work permit at the respective office in Poland due to unavailability of VFS appointments from a long
time.
In my assignment in Poland, I will be working as a System Administrator and my job would be to

maintain and handle the IT Infrastructure of the company. I have a total work experience of 7+ years in
the same field. Being a System Administrator I have expertise in working on the following OS platforms:
Windows desktops and server based operating systems, and various distros of Linux like RHEL, Centos
and Ubuntu.
In addition, I have been deploying and supporting projects based on VMware, MySQL, MSSQL and
other backend technologies. Most of these projects have also had the involvement of cloud
computing platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP for which I have successfully created a hybrid
environment by integrating the cloud servers with On-prem servers to increase availability and control
downtime.
I have made all the ticket bookings and arrangements for my travel. My flight date is on 01.09.2024. The
company requested me to join the job by the 1st week of September, so I have planned to reach on time
to start work. I have made a travel medical insurance for 1 year from Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company,
and it starts on 01.09.2024 and ends on 31.08.2025. I have accommodation provided by the company at
ul. SADOWA 9/7, WROCLAW,50-046, Poland, where I will stay during the period of my work. I will cover
all the other expenses such as food, transport, unexpected expenses and return travel expenses to
India. I would once again like to clarify that my motivation in taking up this International assignment is to
boost my career, resulting in huge demand for my profile across India.
My biggest responsibility would definitely be to take care of my widowed mother and my spouse.
In addition, there are a modest proportion of properties for which I have the right to inheritance from
my parents that have been valued at a total of INR. 12,100,000 (€ 135,549) by a certified
Chartered Accountant with a declaration (attached). On the fiscal side, I have a personal four wheeler
(car) registered on my name and a Term Insurance from MAX Life Insurance of value INR. 15,000,000 (€
169,436). I also have an accidental insurance policy from Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited
of value INR. 1,000,000 (€ 11,295). All the document proofs of these details are enclosed along with this
application.
I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that my mother is a widow and is purely dependent
on me both financially and emotionally. On top of that, I am married and my spouse is also dependent
on me likewise. To be honest, I want to bring it to your notice that I have sumptuous financial assets and
investments that have been properly accomplished in India, and these are the primary resources for my
long-term plan and will definitely require my physical presence in India for any transactions that would
happen in the near future.
Last but not least, I am a travel enthusiast and had travelled a lot within India. Another reason to travel
to Poland is to get to know about the work culture and tradition and get familiar with the history of
Europe and its culture by travelling in my leisure time after joining the job.
In view of all the above points I have mentioned in support of my application, I am hopeful that you are
fully convinced to go ahead and give my application a positive response. Thank you in advance.
