    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Subject: Application for Schengen Visa for travel to Europe

    I, Preeti Sharma holding passport number A1234567, would be traveling with my husband,
    Mr Geet Sharma, holding passport number B1234567 to the below mentioned locations.

    I intend to travel to the following countries as a tourist from 22 July 2017 to 4 August 2017
    and would like to obtain a Schengen travel visa with multiple entries:

    ● 22 July 2017 – Travel from New Delhi in India to Nice in France via booked flights.
    We will stay there for 3 nights. We will also visit Monaco and Cannes during our stay
    in Nice.
    ● 25 July 2017 – Travel from Nice to Paris in France via train. We will stay there for 2
    nights.
    ● 27 July 2017- Travel to Antwerp in Belgium from Paris via bus and stay there for 5
    nights
    ● 1 August 2017- Travel to Amsterdam in Netherlands from Antwerp via bus and stay
    there for 3 nights.
    ● 4 August 2017-Travel back to New Delhi, India from Amsterdam via booked flights.

    I am the bearer of all my travel expenses and we have made our flight and accommodation
    bookings.

    I have attached copies of my documents along with this covering letter as per the
    requirements posted for Schengen visa. Documents attached in the following order:

    1. - My Passport along with 2 photocopies of photo page and address page


    2. - Copy of previous Schengen visa and Australia visa
    3. - Duly filled & signed Visa Application Form and Undertaking Form
    4. - Confirmed Accommodation and inter-country transfer Bookings with credit card
    statements
    5. - Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years
    6. - Bank Statements and Salary Slips for the last 3 months
    7. - Travel Insurance
    8. - flight reservation ticket bookings
    9. - Visa Insurance Undertaking Form
    10. - Appointment Letter from the current organization as a proof of employment
    11. - Relieving Letter from the previous organization left in April 2017
    12. - No Objection Certificate from the current organization
    13. - Marriage Certificate as a proof of our marriage
