    Subject: Approval of my Spouse Visa with Dutch Consulate

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to visit Netherlands for visiting my spouse between Jul 19, 2023 and Sep 20, 2023 .

    Travel Purpose: Roaming

    As Japan citizen, I need to get a Spouse Visa for the same.This would explain the details of my trip and
    make a case for the issuance of my visa.

    I am currently working at Puzzle Haddle as Team Leader I am the bearer of the expense of this trip

    I am following the requirements as mentioned on the Dutch consulate website.

    Please find enclosed the following documents to support my Spouse Visa application :

    A copy of my spouse's passport

    Photos as per visa specification

    Proof of my leave approval from my employer

    Original and copy of my passport with minimum 6 months validity

    A copy of our marriage certificate

    Two duly filled application forms

    My employment contract
    Duly filled visa application form
