In each STAR answer quickly mentioned what was your role, who was your employer, what
was you in charge of and what was duties even you previously already introduce yourself.
We understand the complexity of your role and your problem handling
What was the risk/ blocker/ difficulties you were faced?
Who your stakeholders explain in every situation and action – C level for example?
Show the number and seniority of stakeholders that were involved in that action
Your project was local / cross functional? Who others team – give clear info in your STAR
answer
How much times takes to allocate recourses, find recourses, fix the problem
How you involve other people in your question / problem / who more expertise are/ when
you involve other experts in your problem it means you are self-critical and you can shout
out to ask help and support from people who are have more expertise
Show how you apply your tech/others expertise with your team
Know your examples in detail, impact and what you would be done differently = what have
you learn from this experience
Be vocal about lesson learn – try to reflect on all you examples – to see the outcome,
stakeholders, scope, complexity, what you will be done differently
Ask HR about your short / long term goals / who you will be interactive with / what is KPI/
Amazon love to know if you scarify for short term goal or long – in Task give us

customer satisfaction score , historical data, comparison
When you interact with others, what was feedback, recognition, promotion show/ say -show

Don’t use one year project for one example, try to show this project spllited into many
