delivered by Mrs. Marie-Kris M. Ganela Teacher III. Mr. Benjamin C. Quilnat Jr. delivered his opening remarks
through a heart-warming congratulations to the teachers for a job well-done.
The first agendum was the discussion of learners' performances in doing their requirements. The teachers

in answering their summative test. However, they also attested that there are still students who fail to submit
requirements on time. Suggestions were given by other teachers like frequent follow-ups through calls and messages
with the learners and parents as well. This is to ensure 100% passing rates among learners for SY 2023-2024.
Another topic being discussed was the strengthening of partnership with the volunteers in order to ensure
100% attendance of the pupils in attending Face to Face classes. Some teachers also suggested that for those non-
participating learners, teachers and parents to assist pupils in going back to school.
Third in the list of agenda is the discussion on the different interventions to be done in order to encourage learners to
actively attend their classes during the Fae to Face classes. The teachers laid plans in order to champion education
amid challenges brought by Covid pandemic.
The professional developments of teachers were also given consideration. Mr. Romel 5. Tangonan encourage
the teachers to continuously update themselves by enrolling in graduate and post- graduate studies and by attending to
different webinars and upskilling training in order for them to keep abreast with the modern strategies and techniques
in teaching under the new normal. Different School- based seminars and trainings were also conceived most especially
in upgrading the ICT skills of the teachers which are all necessary in the new normal.
In order to close the gap that has been lost during the COVID 19 pandemic school heads and teachers helping
together to have a physiological awareness among pupils in order for them not to reluctant to continue their studies
during the implementation of the Full Face to Face classes. Also Availability of learning resources were also discussed
by reviewing the available modules and LAS in the DepEd repository. As an offshoot to the problem on scarcity or
unavailability of modules and LAS in the repository, teachers were encouraged to craft their own Learning Activity
Sheets and be quality-assured in the Division Office.
The School Head, Dr. Benjamin C. Quilnat Jr. believes that through the cooperation of the teachers and
partnership with the parents and other stakeholders, everything is made possible.
