• Sit in a comfortable cross-


legged position such as you
confort
• Close the right nostril with
your right point finger.
• Inhale deeply through the left
nostril.
• Close the left nostril with the
ring finger of your right hand
as you release the right nostril.
MEDITASI

• Sit down and find physical
comfort.
• Straighten the Spine and
neck
• Look at one point ±1,5 mt
in front of you
• Put both your hands on
the knees. ...
• Relax the Shoulders.
• Relax the Jaw, bend the
tongue up and back.
