2. Battery Management
QW9090C integrates battery protection including to protect lithium‐ion/polymer battery from damage or
degrading the lifetime due to overcharge, over discharge, battery reverse protection and overcurrent for
one‐cell lithium‐ion/polymer battery.
3. Output current
In order to set the LED current, a ballast resister could be added between EN PIN and LED load. The internal
MOSFET resistance is 200mohm.
4. PCB layout
Good PCB layout is very important for ensuring system stability and low noise to the greatest extent. Using
multi‐layer PCB board is a very effective way to avoid noise interference. In order to effectively reduce the
noise of the current loop, the input bypass capacitor should be grounded separately. Connecting the
grounding leads of high current grounding circuit, input bypass capacitor and output filter to the same
point (star grounding method) can minimize grounding noise
.
