It is submitted that, one Sri K.DhamodharaS/o. late. K.Venkataramana resident of

Agraharam Village of Nimmanapalle Mandal has submitted a representation stating that his father
namely K.Venkataramana, FP Shop dealer, FP Shop No.1034007, Agraharam Village of
Nimmanapalle Mandal was died on 14-02-2024 due to ill-health and hence requested to appoint him
as F.P.Shop dealer under Compassionate grounds.
In this connection, enquired the matter and the enquiry report reveals that,
 one K.Venkataramana, S/o. Venkatappa is appointed as FP Shop dealer for FP Shop

No.1034007, AgraharamVillage, Nimmanapalle Mandal. Further, the revenue Divisional
Officer, Madanapalle has renewed the authorization up to 31.03.2025 vide Progs.
Roc.A3/671/2023 Dated: 0.05.2023.
 He is distributing the ECs promptly and running the FP Shop without complaints from the
card holders.
 On 14-02-2024, He was died due to ill-health.
 The applicant Sri K.Dhamodhara S/o. late. K.Venkataramana who is the Son of the deceased
F.P. Shop dealer applied for dealer post under compassionate grounds.
 The applicant was born on 30.10.1977 aged about 47years at the time of death of his father.
The applicant has not passed S.S.C and as per GO.Ms.No.4 Consumer Affairs, Food and
Civil Supplies (CS-I) Department Dated: 28.02.2014 the Legal heirs who were not having
prescribed educational Qualifications, shall be given 3 years timw from the date of
appointment for possessing the prescribed educational qualifications.
 The applicant Sri K.Dhamodhara S/o. late. K.Venkataramana belongs to Balija (OC) by
caste.
 The Family Member Certificate through Meeseva No. FAMC240226034840 dated 11.03.2024
certifying that Late Sri K.Venkataramana of Agraharam Village has the following family
members.

 The Nimmanapalle police station has issued certificate that the applicant not involved in
any criminal cases as per records maintained in Nimmanapalle Police Station.
 The applicant is an un-employee and assists his father during distribution of essential
commodities. There are no Government employees working in the deceased FP Shop dealer
family.
In view of the facts and as per G.O. Ms.No. 4 Consumer Affairs Food & Civil Supplies (CS-I)
Department dt. 28.2.2014, vide reference 1st read above, Sri K.Dhamodhara S/o. late.
K.Venkataramana resident of Agraharam Village is hereby allotted as dealer for the F.P. Shop No.
1034007 in the vacancy arise due to death of permanent dealer, on permanent basis under
Compassionate grounds, whose candidature fulfilled all the norms prescribed in the said G.O.
All the relevant copies of required documents along with record of enquiry are submitted for favour
of Information.
