    Upon the instructions and information furnished by my esteemed


    client SRI. PARAMESH V., S/o. Late Sri. Venkatesh, Aged about 40 years,
    No.D-207, Belathuru Colony, Kadugodi Post, Bengaluru-560067, I am issuing
    you this notice to you as under:
    1. That, my client is a social activist involved in preserving mother nature,
    fighting against Corruption and my client is interested in the well-being of his
    locality, where he is residing . He is espousing a public cause on corruption,
    through this Legal Notice.
    2. That, my client states you are presently working as Secretary of the
    Kithaganur Grama Panchayat, Bengaluru and your income as per
    Government prescribed pay scale.
    3. That, you had become a Government Employee initially as Bill Collector
    from the year 1994-95 at Bidarahalli Grama Panchayat, Bengaluru for salary of
    Rs.500/- per month and that, as per the Government pay scale your income as
    on 2012-13 was Rs.6,000/- per month and further states that you or your
    family members had no other sources of Income.
    4. That, my Client informs me to state that, you had purchased several
    immovable properties in your name and in the name of your wife Smt.
    Nethravathi. The details of few immovable Site properties situated at
    Hirandahalli Village, Bengaluru bearing Khatha Nos. 287/27, 60/3, 80/1,
    80/2, 306/185/57/1, 288/33, 314/28, 112/9/57, 316/30, 136/4, 185/51/1,
    Four Acres Agricultural land bearing Sy. No.132 situated at Karapanahalli
    Village, Hosakote Taluk and others properties. The value of the said
    Properties running to Crores, which cannot be obtained by salaried
    Government Employee of your pay scale. My Client has obtained the
    documents of the above said properties.
    5. My Client states that, the above said properties have been purchased
    beyond your financial capacity i.e., beyond your salary income and the said
    properties have been purchased by you through illegal sources of money by
    way of corruption and misuse of powers of your post.
    6. My Client states that, you and your wife Smt. Nethravathi have jointly
    committed the offences which are punishable under the law.
    WHEREFORE, I call upon you to hand over the illegal means properties
    which is made out your illegal sources of income to the Government within
    15 days from the day of the receipt of this Notice, failing which my client will
    be constrained to approach appropriate authority for necessary action against
    you and your wife.
    You are also liable to pay Rs.20,000/- towards this legal notice charges. This
    Legal Notice is sent to you through registered post and a copy of the same is
    retained in my office.
