    LTE TDD+FDD CA

    Be careful during FDD+TDD CA configuration. TDD cell must be configured as SA1 or SA2. And
    recommended is SSP7(5,6,7 also working). Other configuration than SA1 and SA2 cannot use CA. TDD
    cell cannot work as for FDD+TDD CA.
