Program Leader Prof. Khushbu Prasad extended a warm welcome to all the faculty members
that were present in the meeting and briefed about the agenda items. The discussions on the
following agenda items were done and finalized.

1.1) Program Structure – Following is the proposed program structure for the upcoming
even semester i.e. July-Dec’ 2022 for BALL.B, BBALL.B and LL. B (Hons). It is being
attached as annexure-1.

1.2) BoS – The tentative date of the BoS for the upcoming Even Semester has been proposed
on 22nd July 2022.

1.3) PTM – The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) is scheduled from August 8 to August 12,
2022. All faculty members will help conduct the PTM and ensure that all necessary
paperwork is completed. According to University regulations, every PTM form must be
meticulously documented. Each form must include the parents' signatures and their
comments.
1.4) Discussion on Student Research: Every student must submit a comprehensive three- to
four-page paper for review by the relevant faculty member in each subject. This initiative
is crucial for assigning internal grades and helps categorize students into two learning
styles: Slow and Fast Learners.
1.5) Faculty Self-Target – Faculty members were strongly encouraged to take the initiative
in publishing more papers in their areas of expertise. Each faculty member has been
assigned a target of three research articles for the upcoming academic year. The
department's growth and academic reputation rely heavily on this effort. Every member
was urged to set personal research goals, including projects, memoranda of
understanding, guest lectures, and similar activities.
1.6) Discussion on Faculty Allotment for Upcoming Odd Semester – The upcoming odd
semester's faculty allotment for every subject was debated and completed.

1.7) Proposal for organising Hindi Diwas, Intra-Moot Court competition and guest
lecture – The proposed date for the forthcoming Hindi Diwas is set for 14 th September,
2022. The purpose of the event is to promote use of Hindi among youth. The specific

topic for this event will be finalized within the coming week, promising an engaging and
informative experience for all participants. The proposed date for the upcoming Intra-
Moot Court competition is in the last week of November 2022. The issue for the moot
court will be discussed and decided in the coming weeks. The faculty members were
asked to submit proposal for organizing guest lectures in the coming semester.

1.8) Categorisation of Slow & Fast Learner Students – Each faculty member has been
assigned the task of dividing students into two groups—Slow Learners and Fast Learners.
The criteria for this classification will be determined by the faculty members themselves.
