In my exploration of the various different articles regarding the


topic, I have come to realise that music is just not a background
noise. It's powerful force that can shape our emotions for the
pet of the words also shape a social interactions and overall
well-being music. It has a direct impact on our emotional state
as it triggers the release of dopamine. It introduces stress and
improves the mood, whether we feeling down or celebrating a
