Supply , installation , testing & commissioning of Micro Processor Controlled

aircooled reversible scroll Heatpump delivering actual capacity as per the
following parameters duly installed at site. The heat pump should be
complete with single/multiple hermatic scroll compressors , Four way
reversing valve, Electronic Expansion Valve, defrosting cycle, Liquid reciever,
Copper tube/ aluminum fins air cooled heat exchanger with Axial fans with
1 IP54 protection, braze plate type( SS316)/tube inshell primary heat exchanger,
antivibration spring mounts with factory assembled with Electrical panel
mounted on the heat pump including the disconnect switch suitable for 50 Hz,
3 phase 400 volts,ac supply. The vibration isolators shall be shipped along with
heat pump from your works. Heat Pump should be capable of generating Hot
Water upto 60ºC. The heat pump should be capable for ambient temperature
as per site condition.

Refrigerant circuit to include necessary controls for higher temperature

application, liquid line solenoid valve, drier filter with replaceable solid
cartridge, liquid line, sight glass required for outside seeing, electronic
thermostatic valve, high pressure safety valve, high & lower pressure
transducers, high and low pressure switches, liquid receiver etc. The heat
pump shall be suitable for operation on Environment friendly refrigerant
R410a/R407c and shall come factory charged with refrigerant.

Heating capacity = 60 kW Actual at below mentioned conditions.

matched pair temperature sensor with the necessary accessories for installing
the sensors. Shall be suitable for 230V AC power supply, Protection category
5 of IP65, Modbus RTU, flanges for connection, ultrasonic flow measuring
components mounted perpendicular to the flow. The flow meter shall be
thermally insulated with elastomeric nitrile rubber and finished with Treated
Woven Glass Cloth with two layers of epoxy paint.

Centrifugal Vertical/Horizontal Pumps monoblock construction, of adequate
HP capable of giving a required discharge at suitable head.The motor shall be

of TEFC squirrel cage induction type, IP-65 protection, pressure guage, 1no
non return valve, & 1 no ball valve/butterfly valve for each pump , manifold
header, to work on 3/1 ph 50 Hz, 400/415V with necessary unions, flanges in
1:2:4 etc., complete with wiring up to main control panel complete. (Pump
shall be withstand upto 70 degree temperature)

The Pump set shall be placed on the RCC block with spring isolators. All Civil
works including Pedestals shall be in the scope of civil Contractor.

Vertical/Horizontal Centrifugal pumps with control panel consisting of
timer , digital temperature controller panel (DTC) and manual overide,
monoblock construction, of adequate HP capable of giving a required
discharge at suitable head.The motor shall be of TEFC squirrel cage induction
7 type, IP-65 protection, pressure guage,1no non return valve, & 1 no ball
valve/butterfly valve for each pump, manifold header, to work on 3 ph 50 Hz,
415v with necessary unions, flanges in 1:2:4 etc., complete with wiring up to
main control panel complete. (From Hot water collection tank to Heat pump)
(Pump shall be withstand upto 70 degree temperature)

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of Hot Water Mixing Tank,
15 fabricated as per IS:2825 — Code for Unfired Pressure Vessels and as per the
following requirements :

Hot water mixing tank fabricated with electrical heating element Grade
Stainless Steel sheet ( Grade 304) and dish ends, having storage capacity and
working pressure as specified below:
The shall have 550 mm dia manhole cover, 4 nos. 450 mm dia high steel
supports and access ladder, etc.

Nozzles for Inlet, outlet, drain and other accessories shall be fabricated from
SS 304 schedule 40 ERW pipes, All connections shall be flanged type

Fittings and Instruments: Dial Type Pressure gauge- 150 mm dia 0 to 14

kg/cm2 with syphon and isolation valve, thermowell, safety relief valve etc.

Insulation: The mixing tank shall be externally insulated with 50 mm thick

mineral wool, covered with chicken wiremesh and cladded with 24 SWG.

with aluminium cladding, between storage tank, heat exchanger and re-

3 PLUMBING, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

or Jindal make) & fittings. Plumbing connecting the heat pumps and storage tanks will be done in
CPVC piping (Astral//Aashirwad//equivalent) and fittings. Nitrile rubber insulation will be done for the
