GUIDELINES
  Upon confirmation to acquire services of Pru Builders Corporation to initially evaluate, assess, survey and
recommend Initial Floor Layout for Client building requirement, Client is required to compensate Pru
Builders Corporation a SERVICE FEE (refer to TABLE OF FEES & CHARGES) which is NON-REFUNDABLE but
APPLICABLE TO BUILD CONTRACT (All plans, designs and intellectual outputs remains property of Pru
Builders Corporation unless CONTRACT TO BUILD between Client and Pru Builders Corporation has been
reached – reference IPR -Intellectual Property Rights Law)
 Once SERVICE FEE under this RESERVATION AGREEMENT has been issued by Client, Pru Builders
Corporation is obligated and committed to design the following materials SITE ANALYSIS / SKETCH PLAN /
BUBBLE DIAGRAM within the period of SEVEN (7) working days [minimum depending on size of project]
for modification or approval by Client
 Upon approval of SITE ANALYSIS / SKETCH PLAN / BUBBLE DIAGRAM, the Client shall be given SEVEN (7)
working days for confirmation of NOTICE TO PROCEED for Pru Builders Corporation to facilitate final
construction documents. Under this provision Pru Builders Corporation shall issue a NOTICE TO PROCEED
/ SECURITY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT. The NOTICE TO PROCEED / SECURITY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT shall be
the binding agreement between Client and Pru Builders Corporation to proceed final stage of design and
planning. The Client is required to place a SECURITY DEPOSIT amount (refer to TABLE OF FEES &
CHARGES) prior to the facilitation of the final stage of design and planning. The SECURITY DEPOSIT is NON-
REFUNDABLE but APPLICABLE TO BUILD CONTRACT (All final plans, designs, bill of materials and
intellectual outputs remains property of Pru Builders Corporation unless CONTRACT TO BUILD between
Client and Pru Builders Corporation has been reached – reference IPR -Intellectual Property Rights Law)
 Once SECURITY DEPOSIT under NOTICE TO PROCEED / SECURITY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT has been issued
by Client, Pru Builders Corporation is obligated and committed to provide final construction documents
within the period of THIRTY (30) working days [minimum depending on size of project] for modification or
approval by Client
 Upon approval of all final construction documents, the client shall be given SEVEN (7) working days for
confirmation of CONTRACT TO BUILD between CLIENT and Pru Builders Corporation
 In the event, Client, unfortunately decides to cancel intent to further require services of Pru Builders
Corporation, all plans, designs and bill of materials after having been completed by Pru Builders
Corporation and/or wishes other party to build the Project, the consequences are as follows;
1. Service Fee under Reservation Agreement shall be forefeited as penalty
2. Security Deposit under Notice to Proceed / Security Deposit Agreement shall be forefeited as
penalty
3. All final plans, designs, bill of materials and intellectual outputs remains property of Pru Builders
Corporation
 In the event, Client reconsiders to reactivate Pru Builders Corporation for services to build Project under
CONTRACT TO BUILD after prescribe due dates for client’s confirmation/approval was defaulted,
previously issued Service Fee and Security Deposit will no longer be applicable and the full amount of
Contract shall be the basis
 In addition, CLIENT confirms and re-affirms that all legal ownership, property specifications and
declarations are accurate and without legal disputes. Though Pru Builders Corporation covers License and
Permits processing, however, in case of which Pru Builders Corporation is faced with legal issues and/or
disputes unable to proceed processing not of its doing but of the CLIENT, the CLIENT must first resolve
such matters first before Pru Builders Corporation shall continue its operations to prevent further losses.
