The tender sum as stated in the form of Tender shall

include supply, deliver, installation, testing, commissioning
and maintenance of the equipment/materials as described
in this Schedule.
This Schedule of Prices shall be read in conjunction with
tender drawings and specificatiions. Any discrepancy
between this Schedule and tender drawings, the most
stringent specifications shall apply. Tenderer is required to
adhere strictly to the tender specifications, drawings and
this Schedule of Prices.
All items offered in this tender shall comply with the latest
Bomba and Local Authority requirements.
1 HOSE REEL SYSTEM

1.1 Supply and install Hot Dipped Galvanised Press Steel Panel
Tank at Basement Floor c/w accessories including aluminium
cat ladder, aluminium access manholes, level indicators,
ball valves, warning pipe, overflow pipe, scour pipe,
electrodes water level control, c/w wiring to pumps' panels,
mosquito netting for vent pipe, overflow/warning/drain/outgoing
pipes, valves, supports, hangers, water hammer arrestor,
accessories, etc.
a) Hot Dipped Galvanised Pressed Steel Panel Tank

Location : Basement Floor
Tank Dimension : 1.2m x 2.4m x 3.6m(H)
Effective Cappacity : 9.2 m³ Lot 1
1.2 Supply and install for complete Hose Reel Pumping system
1 duty electric hose reel pumpsets and 1 standby diesel
hose reel pumpsets c/w all necessary bends, fittings, valves, bracket,
support, hanger, painting, diesel tank, exhaust pipe with insulation
and accessories to BOMBA approval/specifications, motors,
inertia blocks, vibration control, supports, hangers and all
necessary accessories, as specified:
a) Location: Basement Floor

Cappacity : 30 igpm @ 62 m (Head)
b) Location: Basement Floor

Diesel Standby Pump (HR-02) lot 1
Cappacity : 30 igpm @ 62 m (Head)

1.6 Hosereel drums c/w rubber line hoses, piping works, coupling, set 8
nozzles, nozzle box, hose reel cabinet and including
connection to the pipework and all necessary accessories.
1.7 Conventional Fire Alarm Panel c/w backup battery, mimic panel Lot 1
diagram, hard display panel and all necessary accessories
at FOYER
1.8 Conventional Manual call point complete with base, wiring Nos 8
(run in conduit and conceled) and accessories.
1.9 Conventional alarm bell complete with base, wiring Nos 8

(run in conduit and conceled) and accessories.
1.1 All signal and power cables for the complete system to L/s
Fire Alarm Panel from all points ( run in GI conduit )
c/w accessories.
1.11 Central Monitoring System (CMS) for Compliance to Bomba Lot 1
1.12 Lightning Surge Arrestor to protect Fire Alarm Panel, cable looping Lot 1
and network & device
