“SAP Business One is part of SAP’s cloud ERP strategy addressing customers in the small
business and lower midmarket segment, while SAP S/4HANA Cloud tackles the midmarket
and large enterprise customers. New cloud innovation and extensions working across
SAP’s cloud ERP portfolio will leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
We are making SAP Business One fit for the next decade, investing in essential product
qualities. Additionally, we are enabling SAP BTP for the midmarket requirements, driving
digital transformation and cloud services adoption.
We encourage members of SAP’s cloud ERP ecosystem to build their extensions on SAP BTP
the same way SAP is using our platform to build new capabilities and make the cloud ERP
portfolio a rich customer experience.”
