WHAT TO PREPARE
On the ACTUAL day of presentation, the group shall HAVE the following:

 A printed copy of rating scale (for instructor’s use; see the rating scale at the last page)
 A printed copy of written report (for instructor’s use; see format on next page)
 Slide presentation
 Short activity and other instructional materials (e.g. videos)
FORMAT OF WRITTEN REPORT
Suggested format is Arial, size 11, single-spaced, on a letter-sized (short) paper. Here are the
parts of the written report:

C. Characteristics
D. Research findings
III. Conclusion
IV. References (follow APA style)

REMEMBER TO
Some reminders before and during the presentation:

1. Avoid overcrowding one slide with so many words. You may be saving up slides, but
slides are free! Unless it is traditional method
2. Use colours and style that are in minimal design, not distracting to the audience, but at
the same time, presentable enough.
3. Use graphs/charts/pictures and/or videos to supplement presentation. Avoid using texts
only.
4. Include style and activities to spice up your presentation.
5. Own the stage. Seize the moment!
