    1.Genset trip without fault code.

    2- DETAILS OF FAILURE INCLUDING CONSEQUENTLY DAMAGE


    1.Cylinder No.11,13,4,12 thermocouple found faulty. Some thermocouple connector are not available. Advised customer to arrange thermocouple and thermocouple connector
    for smooth operation.

    3- BRIEF DETAILS OF REPAIR METHOD


    Visited Site.Genset found in stopped condition. Connect ET and save PSRT. Start Job. Checked Logged Active codes found genset shutdown on Cyl.11 Low deviation(5 time
    alarm and 4 time shutdown in 3 hour). Checked Cylinder no.11 thermocouple. remove the thermocouple, clean with contact clear and connect the connector but cyl.11
    thermocouple found malfunctioning. Cyl.13,4,12 thermocouple found faulty.
    Remove these thermocouple connector and start the genset. Checked paramaters found ok. Put on load 1150 KW and observe parameters upto 2 hours found normal.saved
    data in ET.
