Complete in conjunction with the full Toronto Green Standard Version 4.0 (TGS V4.0) and Specifications.

TGS high performance measures are required for Residential & Non-Residential City-built Facilities and must be included in the capital budget and as
part of your approved development application. City projects are third party verified during the construction documentation stage using one of the
