METHOD AND PRESENTATION


1 Separated all the Egg Yolk And Egg White
2 Add in the Egg White into the mixing bowl mix in 3 min with fast speed.
3 Add in the Sugar and Salt slowly into the Step 2 with speed 2 in 1 min and mixing 16-20 min
4 Add in the Egg Yolks after completed in Step 3.
5 Mixing the Cake flour for 3 time in 2 min
6 Combined the Oil with Milk
7 Put some dough (Step 5) into the ( Step 6 ) to mix well
8 Mixing the Step 7 into Step 5
9 Put all Combine dough to mould to bake 180/160 40-45 min
10 Mixing Fresh cream to fluffly in 10-15 min
11 Ready the Guava paste
12 Cooling the cake and cutter half.
13 Put the Step 11 on the cake medium,and put the other cake on the Top
14 Put the Fresh Cream in Pipping Bag to decoration.
15 Freezer,and ready to eat.
