Subject: Interview and Site Visit

Dear Ms. Dizon,

Greetings!

We are students currently enrolled in MEP421: Industrial Plant Engineering – Laboratory at Tarlac
State University. As part of our coursework, we are required to conduct research on a specific topic, to
develop and enhance our understanding in the field. Our topic focuses on the “Basic Design Concepts
of Industrial Plant Systems and Equipment”, and we believe that Poweraire Engineering & Services,
Inc. would be an invaluable resource for gaining firsthand insights and understanding.

We are writing to formally provide the questionnaire for the conduct of the recorded interview with one
(or more) of your employees and, if possible, a brief site visit to a specific area/department within the
organization, if applicable. During the interview, we would like to discuss the following questions we
would like to cover in the interview.

We have attached a copy of the course syllabus, a brief outline of our topic for your reference, and the
questionnaire. We are confident that the information we will gather from this interview and site visit will
significantly contribute to our report and understanding of the air conditioning and ventilation
(engineering services) industry.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

NAPOLEON D. QUE
