    General Terms & Conditions:
    The above quotation does not include costs of installation on site, hoisting, crating, commissioning, accessories, wiring works and GST (unless otherwise indicated).
    The availability of all Ex-Stock items quoted is subject to prior sale.
    Prices are subjected to change in line with any devaluation of the Singapore Dollar against major currencies.
    For Value below S$200, a surcharge of S$20 will be applied for delivery.
    We reserve the right not to proceed the works further if overdue payment is not settled.
    The title of the goods belongs to Winston Engineering Corpn (Pte) Ltd [hereafter referred to WEC] until the payment is fully paid. We reserve the right to recover the goods from site if payment is not
    made within the agreed credit term.
    Price quoted does not include Test Certificates, Technical Documents and etc. unless otherwise stated.
    30% deposit as downpayment is required for all indent items.
    The response period for service request on attending to breakdown or malfunction of equipment provided by us shall be set at maximum 3 working days subject to availability of servicemen.
    Minimum charge of $50 shall be applicable and an additional of minimum $80 per hour shall be applicable starting from the second hour. The stated minimum service charges are applicable for works
    carried out during office hours (9.30am - 5.30pm) and are subjected to additional manpower, equipment, and regulatory approvals.
    We attempt to ship out orders as prompt as possible. However, orders are only accepted on the understanding that Winston Engrg Corpn will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay
    in shipment or delivery due to any cause whatsoever.

    Warranty Policy
    Products manufactured by WEC are warranted to the original user only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.
    WEC's liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at WEC’s option without charge, ex-works Winston Engineering Singapore.
    WEC will not be liable for any costs of removal, installation, transportation, or any other charges which may arise in connection with a warranty claim.
    WEC will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorised alteration or repair, or if the product is not installed in accordance
    with WEC’s printed installation and operating instructions.
    To obtain service under warranty, the defective product must be returned to the distributor or dealer of WEC products from which it was purchased together with proof of purchase and installation date,
    failure date, and supporting installation data.
    Unless otherwise provided, the distributor or dealer will contact WEC or an authorised service station for instructions.
    Any defective product to be returned to WEC or a service station must be sent freight prepaid; documentation supporting the warranty claim must be included if so instructed.
    WEC will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use or any other causes. There are no express or implied warranties, including
    merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond those warranties described or referred to above.The decision of WEC in relation to any claim or dispute over the warranty is final.
    Warranty shall not cover any third party installation works or in the event of improper installation of the equipment/product.
    Warranty shall not cover if the product/equipment has been dismantled/repaired by any party other than WEC.

    Cancellation Policy
    All Cancellation of purchase orders may be subject to a cancellation fee depending upon the stage of production.
    A cancellation fee starting at 30% of order and increasing depending upon stage of order at time of cancellation.
    For 100% of purchase value if cancellation is made after production has started, cancellation fee for 100% of purchase value shall apply.
    In the event that material unique to the purchase order has been purchased or manufactured, regardless of the time frame, and a cancellation is required that eliminates the need for the purchased or
    manufactured material,
    the cost of the material as well as a surcharge will be added to the purchase order.
    Cancellation of custom engineered products will result in forfeiture of deposit plus any additional applicable fees.

    Storage
    Unless agreed in writing, WEC may require the removal of the goods, or any portion thereof, from the warehouse upon payment of all charges attributable to said goods, or other goods, with a stated
    period, not less than 30 days after such notification. If the said goods is not removed, WEC may deem the goods as abandoned and may sell them as provided by law and shall be entitled to exercise any
    other rights it has under the law with respect to said goods.
    Storage fees and all charges related to said removal shall be paid by customer.
