Master of Management
Harness the skills to lead teams towards growth and organisations towards success.
Rapid changes in technology and the emergence of new business models are disrupting many, if not all,
industries. This disruption is having a profound impact on the way we work, with 62 per cent of employers
believing a lack of leadership management skills is having a negative impact on business¹. The ‘reskilling
revolution’ highlighted in the 2020 Future of Jobs report identified that 50 per cent of workers’ core skills
will need to be updated by 2025 to align with the demands of the post-pandemic economy². As a result,
employers are placing greater importance on hiring professionals from a broad range of disciplinary
backgrounds who possess a combination of hard and soft skills and are able to creatively approach problems
and tasks across business. The 2021 National Skills Commission also identified a 12% skill shortage for all
Manager occupations.
The Master of Management program is designed for both recent graduates and early career professionals
looking to build confidence, enhance credibility and unlock their potential in a new generation of modern
management. The program provides students with the essentials of contemporary management, including
