It is the policy of Medina Foundation College of Sapang Dalaga, Inc. to evaluate each instructor.
Student evaluations are a critically important part of this process. The purpose of the evaluation is to give
information for improvement and to assist the school’s administration in assessing instructor
effectiveness. Your evaluation will therefore be appreciated and treating in the strictest confidence.
