    Herewith our counter proposal on the LD and subcontract schedule that we are planning to insert into LNTP attached.

    Liquidated MDR, Nov’23 Original T&C : 1% of the total amount of the subcontract price, with a cap of 10%.
    Damages for
    delay
    Tata, Nov’23 0.1% per day, maximum 10% equal to 100 days
    MDR, 19 Dec MDR recounter as follows :
    23 - Design + Partial pilling work : allow for 14 days delay equal to 0.7% per day, max
    10% from LNTP No. 1 (est. US$2mio*10% = US$200,000. US$14K/day * 14 days)
    - supply & construction : allow for 40 days delay equal to 0.25% per day, max 10%
    from SC Value (est. US$127mio*10% = US$12,700,000. US$317,500/day * 40 days)
