    Sorry regarding Permanent disconnection of OTP Machines, the correct charges are as follow:
    HTSC 3627   Rs. 199970.00
    HTSC 3630   Rs.  106080.00
    HTSC 3631   Rs.   129590.00
    HTSC3632,3633 Rs. 214430.00
    HTSC 3634    Rs.  183940.00
    TOTAL Rs. 8,34,010.00

    TNEB have asked to pay these within 15 days. However we can keep quiet since no payments
    are coming from TNEB They will deduct from payments against generation proceeds as and
    when payment is made to Weizmann Forex Ltd. account.

    Request kindly advise on attached letters of EB.

    Please note the following 

    1. NOC issued while implementing the project , mentioned that the line up to
    interfacing point from generator shall be by EB
    2.  A copy of the NOC attached for immediate reference - ref point no 16 of NOC
    3. However ,we have provided the line and metering yards  on our own - EB has not
    provided 
    4. Disconnection to be considered as - not providing the power only - the line is
    owned by us till the metering yard  from the machine, even if we consider that the
    external line up to the S/s  is the property of EB
    5. You may observe in the estimate 
    1. Cost of dismantling considered is same as cost of transportation
    2. Re-usable material credit given in the 1st page abstract - Gross , net and
    chargeable values shown
    3. However 10% of re-usable value charged in the chargeable value 

    May be we can take up with EB as these amounts are not payable , in my opinion

    With reference to the above subject and to your demand notice referred above,
    demanding dismantling charges for the HTSCs of our windfarm, we wish to bring the
    following to your kind notice and perusal
    We are surprised to receive your demand notice for dismantling of HTSCs in the
    windfarm. Please note that the NOCs issued by the Director / Projects , TANGEDCO
    – Chennai indicates that the cost of the line connecting the tapping point of the
    feeder and the generator shall be borne by the TANGEDCO , for the category of sale
    of energy to TANGEDCO . We are in the same category selling total energy to
    TANGEDCO , as per the conditions of PPA. The relevant clause of NOC is
    reproduced below for your immediate reference
    Quote:
    The cost of interfacing line from Generator to the nearest tapping point of the feeder
    will be borne by the TANGEDCO for entire energy sale to TANGEDCO category
    Unquote :
    You may please note that we have constructed the total line, internal and external
    line up to the O.Tulakapatti S/s at our cost. This includes all equipments and the
    metering facilities. You may also be aware that we have paid huge amounts against
    the head of IDC, while obtaining the NOC for implementation of the project.
    By demanding the dismantling charges now , would be penalising us twice -1) We
    have constructed the line at our cost – though to be done by TANGEDCO 2) We are
    being charged for the dismantling the same line.
    As we have requested the permanent disconnection, it should be limited to cutting off
    the supply to the HTSCs and no other charges to be levied on us.

    In view of the above , you may agree with us that the issuance of demand notice for
    payment of dismantling charges is against the conditions of the NOC and natural
    justice. Hence we request you to withdraw your demand notice
