    TUJUAN & RUANG LINGKUP


    PURPOSE & SCOPE

    Prosedur ini bertujuan untuk:


    This standard operating procedure is aimed at:
    1. Memastikan proses pengendalian pelaksanaan preventive maintenance sesuai dengan ketentuan
    yang berlaku.
    Ensuring the process of preventive maintenance is according to the applied conditions.
    2. Memastikan program pelaksanaan preventive maintenance dapat menjaga performance
    equipment.
    To ensure the preventive maintenance process is effective in maintaining the equipment.
    3. Memastikan terlaksananya tertib administrasi dan dokumentasi dalam pelaksanaan preventive
    maintenance sesuai dengan system management.
    To ensure orderly administration and documentation in the implementation of preventive
    maintenance according to the management system.

    DEFINISI
    DEFINITIONS

    Preventive maintenance adalah salah satu program perawatan eguipment yang di lakukan secara
    berkala (sesuai Hour Meter Unit) dengan cara melakukan inspeksi, penggantian oli, coolant, filter serta
    pelaksanaan minor repair dan adjustment untuk kondisi abnormal (tidak sesuai standar) yang langsung
    ditemukan atau yang telah direncanakan, yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan performance unit
    sesuai standar.
    Preventive maintenance is an equipment maintenance program carried out periodically (according to
    HMU) by carrying out inspections, oil, coolant and filter changes and the implementation of minor repairs
    and adjustments to abnormal conditions , which aim to maintain appropriate standards of performance
    of units.

    PROSEDUR
    PROCEDURES
    1. INFORMASI UMUM
    GENERAL INFORMATIONS

     Supervisor Plant wajib membuat maintenance order (MO) dan pemesanan sparepart
    berdasarkan jadwal preventive maintenance paling lambat 1 hari sebelum pelaksanaan
    preventive maintenance dan backlog sesuai dengan system management.
    Plant Supervisor should create a maintenance order and order spareparts based on preventive
    maintenance schedules at least one day before preventive maintenance and backlog execution,
    in accordance with the management system.
     Supervisor Plant wajib menginformasikan ke pihak Produksi perihal jadwal notifikasi sebelum
    dilakukan penarikan unit untuk service paling lambat 24 jam.
    Plant Supervisor should inform Production about the notification schedule, before taking the unit
    out for servicing a minimum of 24 hours ahead of time.
     Supervisor Plant wajib menginformasikan kepada Produksi minimum 30 menit sebelum
    eguipment dinyatakan ready for use (RFU).
    Plant Supervisor should inform Production a minimum of 30 minutes before the equipment is
    ready for use (RFU).
     Supervisor Plant harus melakukan observasi tugas terencana (OTT) untuk memastikan
    preventive maintenance dilakukan sesuai dengan job safety analisis (JSA).

    STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

    Plant Supervisor shall perform a Planned Task Observation to ensure equipment repairs complies
    with the job safety analysis (JSA).

    2. ALUR PROSES PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE


    PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FLOW PROCESS

    2.1 Membuat Schedule Preventive Maintenance


    Adalah suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk membuat jadwal perbaikan equipment sehingga pada
    saat pelaksanaan preventive maintenance semua kebutuhan sparepart tersedia dan eksekusi
    backlog dapat dilakukan dengan baik.
    Creating a Preventive Maintenance Schedule
    A process to create equipment repair schedules, so that during the implementation of preventive
    maintenance, all spare parts requirements are available and backlog execution can be carried
    out properly.
    2.2 Membuat maintenance order
    Adalah suatu perintah kerja yang di keluarkan melalui system management yang memuat
    deskripsi pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan, yang meliputi nomor eguipment, status eguipment,
    problem yang terjadi, nama komponen dan penanggung jawab pekerjaan.
    Creating Maintenance Orders
    A work order issued through the management system that includes a job description that will be
    carried out, which includes a equipment number, equipment status, problems, the component
    name and responsible party for the job.

    3. DOKUMEN PENDUKUNG

    3.1 Pembuatan Dan Penyelesaian Maintenance Order


    Setiap pelaksanaan preventive maintenance yang pertama dilakukan adalah membuat
    maintenance order sehingga jelas pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan, status eguipment, problem
    yang terjadi, dan penanggung jawab pekerjaan.
    Creating and Completing Maintenance Orders
    Every case of preventive maintenance includes initially creating a maintenance order clearly
    detailing the work to be done, equipment status, problems, and responsible PIC for the job.
    3.2 Pelaksanaan Lock Out Tag Out
    Adalah prosedur untuk mengamankan pekerja dari kemungkinan bahaya yang timbul dari mesin
    atau unit pada saat pelaksanaan perbaikan atau perawatan unit.
    Lock Out Tag Out Execution
    A procedure to secure employee from possible dangers arising from the engine or the unit at
    the time of repair or maintenance.
