    A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT CYRELE D. FERRER AS


    SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY TOPLAND, CITY OF
    KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO

    WHEREAS, there is a change a new set of Barangay Official due to the Barangay and
    Sangguniang Kabataan Election (BSKE) conducted last October 30, 2023;

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman, Hon. Mheco A. Caday appointed


    Cyrele D. Ferrer as SK Secretary effective December 2, 2023 with the authority to
    discharge the functions and duties vested in the said office in accordance with law until
    such time that she is replaced for due cause;

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Topland held its Inaugural


    Session on December 2, 2023 where the SK Chairman presented the appointment of
    Cyrele D. Ferrer as the SK Secretary of Barangay Topland for concurrence;

    WHEREAS, on motion of Hon. Joerhine A. Delgado and duly seconded by Hon. Clay
    Mark J. Dajay, be it;

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the appointment of Cyrele D. Ferrer


    as SK Secretary of Barangay Topland is hereby concurred by the Sangguniang
    Kabataan of Barangay Topland, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.

    RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution shall be furnished the Department
    of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Office.

    PASSED and APPROVED this 2nd day of December, 2023 by the Sangguniang
    Kabataan of Barangay Topland, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.
