GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:


 The rates above are included 21% Government Tax & Service Charge
 The rates above are quoted is in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) and non-commissionable
 The rates above are quoted only for said event
 The rates above are valid for minimum 10 Rooms and 20 people materialized bookings
 Rooms and Function Rooms are subject to availability upon confirmation

VALIDITY:
This proposal is valid for 7 days, after which rates quoted are subject to revision without prior notice
and at the hotel’s discretion.

CONFIRMATION AND CUT OFF DATE:

Your tentative reservation will be held until April 2022, Should we not receive any confirmation by
the above date, we would release your booking automatically.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 25 % deposit from total expenses should be paid upon confirmation


 50 % deposit from total expenses should be paid at least 21 (twenty one) days prior to the
function date
 Rest of the payment should be settled at least 7 (seven) day prior to the function date
 Any balance should be settled at the end of the function
