    In response to the complaint letter you sent regarding the discrepancy between the delivery of flowers
    ordered by your campus and those we sent, after we checked again, the delivery error was caused by the
    negligence of our shop workers. As you have said, there was no element of intention in procuring the
    quantity ordered, but rather negligence by our workers. We apologize for this error and thank you for
    the criticism and notification. We will use all of this to further push ourselves in producing the best
    bouquets we can. We promise as much as possible that this incident will be the first and last for us.

    We will immediately correct this error by sending your order in an insufficient quantity within 2 x 24
    hours after you receive this letter. And all return shipping costs are our responsibility.

    Thus we convey this letter, we thank you for your attention and we hope that this incident does not
    affect our cooperative relations in the future.
