Response to Task 1:
Conscientiousness:
This is my most rated result in my ‘Big Five Personality Test’.
What is Conscientiousness? Well, conscientiousness refers to accomplishing
individual’s duty thoroughly. It indicates the person who is very serious towards the
duties he has been assigned to. Conscientiousness is the most potent noncognitive
predictor of occupational performance.
In professional explanation, Conscientiousness could be an identity characteristic
characterized by an inclination to be organized, tried and true, and achievement-
oriented. In authoritative conduct, conscientiousness has been found to be emphatically
connected with work execution, hierarchical citizenship conduct, and career victory.
I am very glad to be said conscientious. I always try to fulfill my daily tasks before they
are due. I hate being unpunctual to my responsibilities. I am very aware of the fact that
being careless about own responsibilities can result in destroying my ambitious aim in
life. Not only in our academic life but also in our regular life, conscientiousness is
necessary.

Extraversion:
My second highest trait on that following test is: ‘Extraversion’.
What is Extraversion? We can say it is a measurement of how energetic, maturely
sociable an individual can be.
Extraversion has several benefits for employees in the workplace, such as increased
job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. However, empirical research
and theoretical perspectives suggest that contextual moderators may modify the extent
to which extraversion benefits work.
The link between extraversion and job performance has been extensively researched,
and meta-analyses have revealed positive relationships between extraversion and job
performance, team performance, OCB, and leadership ability (Bell, 2007; Bono &
Judge, 2004; Wilmot et al., 2019). The logic behind these beneficial effects is that
people with higher extroversion are more motivated, experience more positive affect,
and have better leadership and interpersonal skills.

I love that I have this particular quality in me. I believe this will help me get a head start
in my early career.
Response to Task 2:
I certainly agree with the test outcomes. I am a confident man who is not afraid to take
the right decision. I like to be cooperative, lead when it’s a need. Sometimes I have
anger management issues and I am not surprised to see this as one of my weaknesses
shown in that personality test result.
I showed those results to my housemate and he quoted, “Mate, your results look more
YOU than YOU.” Anyways, I agree with my personality test results, few were shocker
but not that important to mention them one by one. When I showed my mother the
results, she said that I am more depressed than in the chart but rest is good.
In the end, different people might take things differently but what important is how I
reflect on the outcomes and work on being a better human being.

Response to Task 3:
I was always into computers and technologies from the very beginning. I love to learn
how machines work in the technological field. So, I can say that I’m at the right place in
my career. As I’m currently doing Bachelor of Computer Science with major Artificial
Intelligence, I need to acquire some exceptional skills in image processing, machine
learning etc. so that I can stand out from the crowd while applying at big companies
such as Google.
I want to work for some of the well reputed EV manufacturers in the future. World is
changing and EV is the future of transportation. I see a lot of potential in that industry
even though EV is nothing new now. But it’s about the replacement phase that will
slowly take place in the motor world. I believe if I can achieve my desired outcome
graduating from LTU in this subject, I can at least have some opportunity to compete for
places offered by companies such as Tesla, Mercedes, Toyota etc. I used to dream a lot
about coming into today’s position since my childhood and working hard made it come
true. Now, I dream about being an example at my dream career.
Analyzing my personality test online, I am more confident that I have the ability to lead
and rely on myself accomplishing tasks. I have to improve myself however in
cooperating with others in workspace and be patient.

In conclusion, I am more motivated than ever to keep working hard on my dedicated


field. I still have things to learn, hopefully everything will go well!
