    Invitation to Rugby 7’s and Veteran Rugby


    Tournament “MOZZART Belgrade Winner 2013.”

    Dear rugby friends,

    We are pleased to invite you to participate at the International tournament “MOZZART


    Belgrade Winner 2013”. The aim of the tournament is to promote Rugby 7 as an Olympic
    sport and Veteran rugby, as the symbol of tradition which adorns the rugby family around the
    world.
    An unforgettable weekend of Rugby, social activities and entertainment which only Belgrade
    can offer is guaranteed for all the participants.

    The Event will be held in two categories:


     Seniors, Rugby 7’s and
     Veteran Rugby XV, 35 years and over

    Tournament date: June 15 - 16th 2013.

    Competition rules

    Seniors: According to IRB Rugby 7’s rules.

    Veteran Tournament rules: According to EVRA Veteran Laws of the Game (adjusted IRB
    Laws of the Game, details at www.evrugbya.org

    Health Care and Personal insurance: The doctors and medical staff will be present during
    the Tournament, as well as the ambulance car for transport to the hospital in case of injury.
    Please note, that private/health insurance is required and remains the matter of each of the
    participants.
    Confirmation of participation: Participation has to be confirmed not later than
    March 15th 2013.

    Terms of participation:

    Team Entry Fee: 150€


    The entry fee has to be paid up to 15th March 2013 as a guarantee of participation at the
    Tournament. This fee includes: transportation from/to the point of arrival/departure in
    Belgrade (Hostel or Hotel), participation in the tournament, medical service, water for teams
    during the Tournament.

    Food: Food can be booked throuth Tournament organizers at a price of 5,- Euro per meal.
    Meals will be avalaiable at the field. Offer applies to the catering meals of high quality.
    Booking to be made upon the arrival, at the latest.

    Accommodation: For accommodation we recommend Hostel Fair www.hostelfair.rs


    Bed costs 10,- Euro per person, per day. Breakfast costs additionally 3,- per person.
    Reservation will be made by the Organizers upon your request.

    Hotels: Optionally, we can book any hotel in Belgrade. For more information, please contact
    us.

    Please confirm your participation until March 15th 2013, at the latest, thank you.
