INTAERNATIONAL TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP
Entry fee and Payment: 30 € per competitor for every applied competitor.
Entry fee is payable only via bank account.
If an athlete registered online does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she
has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline (13.11.2017), his/her
team official must fully (100%) pay his/her entry fee for participation. Entry fee is not
refundable at any time after the deadline.
All entry fees must be paid no later than 20th November 2017 to the following bank
account:
All payments by bank transfer have to be done without any deduction of expenses! Any costs of
the bank transfer (non-Euro zone) will be charged.
Application is only valid when payment has been done to the bank account at the same time of
registration and when payments of all entry fees have been received 3 days after registration. If
payment has not been received in due time those registered athletes will be removed from the
online registration again.
Change of category: Change of category will be possible during the Registration and Weigh-
in – against an additional fee of 30 euros for each change.
Conditions of participation
During the registration all team members will receive their accreditation cards.
KYORUGI COMPETITION
The Organizing Committee will provide Protector and Scoring System (PSS) and the
head protector to the participating contestants. Participating contestants are required to
bring their own groin guards, mouthpieces, gloves, sensor socks, shin and forearm
guards for their personal use.

Protests
Protests must be made as per competition rules by the official coach within 10 minutes after the
end of the pertinent contest to the Referee Chairman. Protest fee is 100 euro and non-
refundable. The decision on the protest shall be announced after 30 minutes.
Venue Rules
Only contestants and their coaches have the permission to enter the competition area.
Coaches must wear sportswear; the minimum age for a coach is 18 years.
Liability
All competitors participate at their own risk. The online registration implies that the competitors
agree to assume all responsibility for themselves and to release all other parties from any and
all liability which may directly or indirectly result. The organizer is in no way responsible for any
damage caused to a person or their belongings.
Awards
Medals for the places 1 to 3 individual results.
Teams cups will be awarded to the three best teams in each division.
The team ranking is based on the following point system: every gold medal – 7 points, every
silver medal – 3 points and every bronze medal – 1 point
Coaches
For every five contestants within the same team, one coach is granted free admission, with a
maximum of four coaches. Every additional coach above the maximum allowed number should
pay 25 euro admission. Coaches can enter the competition area only with proper sport shoes
and proper tracksuit.
Protest
Only the official coach is allowed to protest, immediately after the end of the contest. An
amount of € 100 (Euro) will have to be paid for each protest. The decision of the referee
chairman is final.
Referees
All referees will be contacted and invited by the Referee Committee.
Hotel and Full board accommodation will be provided for referees from 24th November until 26th
November 2017.

Visa
All teams who require a visa invitation should send their request to the Bulgarian Taekwondo
Federation ([email protected]) with the names, date of birth and passport No. of
all team members, competitors and officials (if possible, please send a word file as an e-mail
attachment).
Accommodation
The Organizing Committee offers assistance for the accommodation and transportation of teams
for the championship at preferential rates for the official hotels of the championship. The
deadline for reservation for accommodation is: 31st of October 2017. For accommodation

Timetable
I do know that Taekwondo is a Full Contact Competition Sport, where injuries cannot be
excluded. Neither the organizer nor the promoter of the event can be held responsible
for any damages or injuries and therefore I declare that there exists a valid insurance
that will cover costs of possible injuries for my son/my daughter or that I will accept all
costs in connection with possible injuries or damages by myself.
