2. Human Relations, because they said that I’m easy to get along and

I like the nutritional and physical self because I can describe myself perfectly there and
for improvements, it’s emotional and interactional self because I’m really bad with my
emotions and interacting with people. It’s true that my height is 5’2 ft while my weight is
46 kg and yes. I also have more minus are than plus are so I’ll try to improve it more by
having more confidence with myself.

1. The theme of my timeline is how I survive those downhill every year and for the
title it’s “Garzon’s First Child” because I’m their first child and the eldest.

 I, myself, will now declare that I’ll start forgetting about the past and start focusing

1. I’ll choose the old lady because she’s about to die and for sure the other 2 can
wait since they’re healthy enough to wait on the bus and survive the storm.

2. The murder is related to fire; or any evidence from the crime scene may give
them the idea that the murderer is a fireman.

3. Because of the man's short stature, the man is unable to reach a floor button
higher than the halfway button.

4. A doctor can’t possibly treat her son because she is the mother of a child and
based on the code of medical ethics, physician should not treat themselves or
members of their immediate family.

Name some ads that appear on TV, billboards, the internet.

1. These advertisements project an image for us, adolescents, to follow. For


example, the ads of Ponds, Master, and Eskinol make it seem that having acne
or pimples is unacceptable and is something that is frowned upon.

2. These ads made me reevaluate me if I was really “normal”. They made my self-
esteem falter, my values change, and some products even found their way into
my lifestyle.

3. It made me realize that the media only use these ads to target our weaknesses.

1. Depression is typically lingering low or hopeless mood while anxiety is about


overwhelming feelings and fear.

2. Everyone can get anxiety or depression.

3. For depression it’s sadness and emptiness and for anxiety, it’s feelings of fear
and worry from time to time.

4. For anxiety, panic disorder where you panic even on little things and for
depression, major depression where you totally only feel sadness.

5. By taking a hobby and talking to your family or friends.

6. Therapy is also a good option.

Dear Thea,

I fell asleep in class today – once again! When I go to bed at night, I just can’t seem to fall
asleep. I lie in bed for hours and it doesn’t seem to make a difference so I play games till I fall
asleep. When I wake up in the morning, I feel like I don’t want to get up and go to school. This
is the time. I wish that school didn’t start until 07:00 a.m.

Please help me out! Give me some ideas on how I could get a better sleep, so my teacher
doesn’t get upset that I fall asleep in their class.
