The overall issues and the scopes of the matter are substantial. Despite my efforts, I
have not yet arrived at the necessary solution (I have tried everything within my
ability, and ended with exhausting all other options). If you don't help me, I will have
to be left with no existing options.

I am writing to you with a sincere request for your assistance on this matter. This issue
is of great concern to me, and I have not yet arrived at a definitive conclusion. I have
reached out to various social, commercial, and other relevant organizations. But they
could not offer me any support or guidance. I have suffered physical and financial
hardships during the process of seeking assistance. I also sought help from the
associated government welfare-related officials, but they could not also provide me
with any course or solutions. Now I have no other options left regarding the issue, but
to hope for your assessment. I request you to read the document and evaluate the
issue with an open mind and heart. Please consider helping me in this situation. I have
been left with no option, but to hope for your evaluation.

I reached out to wealthiest people in the world with a request to support child safety
and health initiatives. I wanted to motivate them to contribute to causes that could
improve the availability and affordability of essential medicines and medical
equipment for children. This was not a personal appeal for funds, but motivation
toward altruistic initiative. However, I am not sure if my emails reached their intended
recipients, or if they have been ignored by their staff/software. This is a matter of great
concern for me, as it affects the lives and well-being of many children. It also affects
the interests and values of their parents and families, which I respect and appreciate.
One of the people I emailed was Mr. Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of Tesla and
SpaceX. I thought he would be a suitable person to contact, because he has shown
interest and involvement in child health research before. He has also made statements
that indicate he is aware of the challenges surrounding healthcare sphere. I hoped he
would be willing to listen to my proposals and suggestions, which are based on my
extensive research and analysis of the situation. I also wanted to know if he had
received my messages, or if they were somehow intercepted or ignored by his staff or
systems. I believed he was a sensible and compassionate person, who would
understand the resonance of the issue. If the pursuit is oriented towards the
objectives, this will bring smiles to many ill children’s faces and their families, the
impacts are substantive. He has previous contribution to the child health research
organization.

My request is, let me consider and solve overall issues I am dealing with. I contacted
many social NGOs and other relevant organizations in my capital city, to request their
assistance with the issue, and for a grant to go to the U.S. and talk to the child
institutions there about the associated issue, the intent was to appeal to them to
provide me with a fund, so I could go to the U.S. and convince some of the regarded
child institutions there on the issue. Given the above, I’d be open to any alternatives
or perspectives. I reached out to NGOs & other relevant organizations in my capital
city. In the present moment, I have no choice but to rely on your help. I am hoping for
your assistance in this situation.

I don't know, how should you feel or how should view the idea of attributing
evolvement. Pursuit for human progress always worth spent. But if you don't see the
human sufferings, everything else should be fundamentally meaningless. People can
suffer in many ways, but some shouldn't be bearable or let happen in any possible way
as a human being. The death and sufferings of children are one of them. What parents
go through, only they should know. If you are capable, you should consider helping
them in their sufferings, and I fundamentally believe this. Please consider making
contributions as much as feasible from your heart.

There is an issue that I believe is explicit. I had an urgent concern and the matter is
very delicate. Children's suffering should not be acceptable, no matter what position
you are in. As I have stated Mr. Elon Musk. His internet satellite company called
Starlink, which can provide internet connectivity in rural areas (a great aid for high
tech medical services and connectivity). And his other company is currently working
on a very efficient human-like robot prototype, named ‘Optimus’. It aims to mimic the
human shape and attributes, including arms and the human forms. The issue here is,
affordable treatments through the robotic surgery.

There has been a misunderstanding on the Tesla Optimus (Humanoid Prototype)

release date issue. The issue was quite indirect:

In the Q&A session (Tesla AI Day 2022), a participant came with a question that Elon
had previously announced that the Optimus would be operated in the next tesla
factory. His worry was if this would be implemented in the new tesla factory, and when
the general public could order a humanoid (Tesla Optimus). Elon's answer was, the
operational tasks would begin from moving objects between designated places in the
factory environment, and efficiencies would grow rapidly very fast. Then he said, in
terms of when people could order a one (sub-human assistant robots, not the
humanoid), which is not too far away. Later he said (pointing toward the humanoid
companionship), I think you mean, when can people receive one (laugh..). He said, I'm
like, this will probably be within three to five years, but not more than five years.
Within three to five years you can probably receive an Optimus (referring to the full
humanoid version). Previous statement has been made about the female version.

The overall issues and the impacts are broad. Tesla has a distinctive advantage, with
their access and expertise in vehicles and branches of space technologies. The market
outcome is enormous (greater than trillions), spanning both business and consumer
space. They are bringing about the advancement with Tesla Optimus development
which combines their knowledge of materials & energy science and software
expertise, derived from their companies and products. They are investing heavily in
the development of humanoid robot prototype, named Optimus. At their annual
event, Tesla AI Day, they showed off the core foundational technologies of their base
prototype version. It has 28 structural actuators for muscle structures and 40
electromechanical actuators including arms, neck, torso and others. The hands
including 6 actuators and 11 degrees of freedom. It can adapt to known and unknown
objects.

Explaining Mr. Elon Musk’s thoughts on the humanoid robot, and the economy:

He has stated that their goal is to develop a useful robot as soon as possible (Tesla AI
Day 2022), stating the general purpose use cases. And they (Tesla) are going to achieve
the independent movements (critical achievement…) of all fingers of a robotic hand,
in the “Unit 1 tesla optimus” production process. Which will allow a humanoid robot
to perform all sorts of tasks that we (human) perform in our daily lives, that brings
critical communication with the environment and the people around. Where the video
of rubik’s cube solving performance was released a few years earlier. Robotic form in
full humanoid shape, is not necessary to achieve the surgical issue. He also said,
“humanoid robotics will end poverty, and you will be able to have or purchase
whatever you wish, in terms of products and services”. This statement of him was not
imaginary or fictional. The issue is like (in my view), if you know the mechanics of a
certain kind of work (which we call knowledge), you should be able to use that
knowledge repetitively later, and store & share that knowledge without any extra
costs, like the code base of certain software or hardware products (maths &
calculations). The actual idea is, if the knowledge is produced once (employment
necessary), that knowledge will be usable repetitively in later cases (without any
further costs). And you will need physical workforces (requires costs) to translate that
knowledge into the desired product. Like, how to fit the frame of a car, interiors
(chairs, screens & lathers) and tires. Including producing them individually up to the
requirements. You will need your employees to perform these tasks, and this requires
time. And your employees need daily supplements and other products to keep
themselves and their families running. So they require monthly or weekly salaries. In
exchange they fit the interiors and exteriors of the cars for your company. In the
opposite case, the same tasks can be performed by yourself alone, through the
documented knowledge, and this will require far less cost, but greater amounts of
time. So if you need to produce 10 cars per day, you will need certain amount of
employees to get the cars ready. But if you need to produce 100 cars per day, you will
require far greater numbers of employees for your company. So you will need to
provide a lot more salaries. If you increase the number of cars to produce, the number
of employees at your company also increases (what happens with the big companies
like Tesla or Ford. They have got tens of thousands of employees with comprehensive
salary-structures. But core teams are very small). And as your employees have got
their own lives and families, your costs (salaries) of running the company also
increases. So you'll need to provide salaries continuously on a monthly or weekly basis
to keep your employees active and your company running in the similar state. So the
point is, you need employees to produce cars, and your employees need salaries to
keep themselves and their families running. But what about, if you have a machine,
which can walk and carry around objects and products from one place to another? You
just purchase that machine or robot once in your lifetime. And your robot will keep
doing the work. There is no necessity to provide salaries, if you don't have the
maintenance costs. As Mr. Elon Musk has said, economies will be directly infinite, and
you will be able to purchase whatever you wish, in terms of products & services (due
to infinite productions & free labors). If the labor is added with already existing
knowledge, the outcome of the product can be achieved with a very less cost
(explained above in detail). This idea is true for most or all of the products in physics
or environment. This is why I have said, his statement wasn't imaginary or fictional on

The hand is within the complicated structures of a humanoid robot’s integrated

infrastructure. The human-like appearance is feasible through the advanced chemical
& synthetic leather science. This is a skeleton prototype within current iteration of
development. Software, vision planning and data consumption from the Internet are
key factors here. The skeleton functionalities (providing support for the robotic
shape/structure to stand upright, walk and maintain stability) are essential as the
foundation for the robotics platform. If the skeleton platform (humanoid skeleton-
shaped structure, bipedal) stands as sufficient and walks around fine, then the
implementation of human muscle shapes upon the skeleton-structure will be
achievable within a fast duration of time, replicating the human shapes and other
functionalities, which is crucial to achieve the final humanoid shape. Mr. Elon Musk
has said that they expect to produce the Optimus robot in a large volume at a low cost
(less than a car), within 20 thousand dollars (which will be accessible from
everywhere). He also said that the cost will keep decreasing to a very reasonable price.
The investment requirements (global distribution) here are minimal (Two hundred
million dollars for 10,000 of them, in terms of the distribution of the humanoid
platform, surgical issue and treatment purposes). Mr. Elon Musk has announced his
Optimus project with a great excitement. He also said that they plan to produce
millions of Optimus robots to meet the market demand and the expectations of the
shareholders. He previously made 5.7 billion dollars of contribution, due to the WFP
(World Food Programme) issue (visit link: b.link/sft4). If the service (humanoid
platform), investment, and distribution of the platform can be accomplished globally,
this can make a difference (treatment issues) that I have been aspiring to, for any child,
or someone you care about, who needs medical care. This is very important to
understand, or assess the situation of the children who are suffering, as a responsible
member of the society, or as a parent of your own children. I request you to read the
document carefully, and assist me in this matter. Now I have no other options left
regarding the issue, but to hope for your assessment. I am sincerely asking for your
help in this situation.
