of the project implementations of the different Programs, Projects, and Activities stipulated in the School
Annual Plan (AIP), and set by the school administration and stakeholders, to monitor the progress and the
performance of the teachers in the teaching and learning process, and to assess and evaluate the least learned
competencies of students including the different issues and concerns surrounding students learning . This can
help the school to determine whether the strategies they set in the beginning of the year are working. It also
provides the teachers with the structure, motivation, and guidance they need, so they can be better at what they
do, and to continually assess, evaluate, and mitigate issues and concerns surrounding students’ progress in
learning. The results of the mid-year performance review and evaluation will also guide you the administration
in making executive decisions that will propel the school to success. Further, this activity also motivates
employees, increase engagement, and skyrocket schools to new levels of achievement.

based Performance Monitoring System (RPMS) Tool for it reflect the results of their performance. With this
situation, there is a need to review Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) and preparation of
portfolio among teachers to fit the demand of time.
