▪ Attendance should be strictly marked on AEBAS on a daily basis. Other form of attendance marking will not be considered valid under
the scheme. Training Partners need to strictly monitor the attendance marking of the candidates on AEBAS and verify by downloading the
attendance reports.
▪ The device will display an "in-time" message when the candidate marks their first attendance of the day. The second attendance marking
will be recorded as the candidate's out-time. It is mandatory to mark attendance both times. To monitor attendance effectively, the duration
between the in-time and out-time will be taken into.
▪ Trainers are required to mark their attendance on AEBAS at the beginning and end of each class.
▪ For any assistance needed regarding AEBAS, including technical support, understanding, knowledge, or information, please feel free to
contact Arfat at [email protected]. You may also join our daily AEBAS meeting for further support guidance.
